In this approach, the aim is to provide ongoing support and tools for individuals to become their best selves. The goal is to ensure individuals feel heard, acquire skills for personal growth, and leave the session feeling grounded and settled.

Holistic mentoring can address various areas, including anxiety, depression, communication skills, grief, emotional management, self-esteem, understanding behaviour, adapting to life changes, overcoming stagnation, and stress management.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching shares similarities with mentoring as it also considers the individual as a whole, sometimes even interchangeably using similar methods. My coaching emphasises practical skills to help individuals find balance in their lives. In addition to exploring overall well-being, coaching sessions focus on identifying what aspects of a person's life are working and what areas need improvement.
